Restricted Data Identification and Registry

The Data Registry & Restricted Data Identification project will assist campus database and application administrators to understand regulatory (e.g. HIPAA, Senate Bill 1386) concerns for the information in their system. The project will work with policy experts and potential users to develop a wizard-like application that will walk the user through identifying if their system contains information relevant to the HIPAA, FERPA and SB 1386 regulations regarding restricted personal data.
