Services Science

Services Science is a new, interdisciplinary field that combines social science, business, and engineering knowledge needed for organizations (private, public, or nonprofit) to succeed in the shift to the service and information-based economy. This seminar explores this new area with the goal of creating a foundation for a Services Science program at UC Berkeley.
